What does holistic mean?Holistic means looking at the 'whole' person and not just the symptom or problem. This is why I take a full history in the initial consultation.
Does reflexology tickle?Not usually. The pressure is firmer than being lightly touched. The pressure is always adjusted to the clients preference.
How many treatments do I need?This is your decision. I will discuss with you your requirements and advise you accordingly. You may need a course of treatments initially in order to achieve the full benefits of the therapy.
Do I take my clothes off for Reflexology?No. You are seated in my Lafuma reflexology chair, which is very comfortable! Your feet are supported and covered with a towel until the treatment begins. A warm blanket is made available should you need it.
What does Thermo Auricular therapy feel like?It is very pleasant, soothing and relaxing. You lie down on your side, covered with a blanket. The candle is a hollow tube made from flax, herbs and honey. When the candle is lit and in your ear, you will hear a slight hissing sound and will also feel the slight warmth from the candle. You may also experience some 'popping' in your ears, which is the same as when your ears pop during flight take off etc.
How much do you charge for treatments?£25 per 1 hour treatment.
